What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At the moment, we only have one shipping option available: next day shipping. If it is unsuitable for some reason, please contact us by phone or email, and we’ll see if we can work something out.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do, but there may be an added cost, which can vary depending on the delivery country.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Deliveries within the UK (including Northern Ireland) usually arrive the day after your order, if you have selected ‘next day shipping’. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com or telephone +44 (0) 7553150780 if you would like an update on the status of your package.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with your own PayPal account, or via all major credit and debit cards even if you do not have an account.

Buying online is very safe. In addition to your statutory protections, our payments are all handled by PayPal, a world leader in safe, transparent online payments whch affords you its own protections (see PayPal’s Terms and Conditions).

How do I place an Order?
Simply select the items, sizes and other options you want from our Shop page, and then click Cart at the upper right when you have everyhting you need. That will display the items currentlyin your shopping cart. Next click Checkout at the bottom right, and follow the instructions on screen to list your delivery address and make your payment through PayPal.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you have already processed your order, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44 (0) 7553150780 to cancel or make any changes. If your order has already shipped, wait for it to arrive and use our convenient returns process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not at all. Whilst there are many benefits to setting up an acocunt with us, you can shop for all items and pay via PayPal without an account with us or with PayPal.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please note you have 14 days to exchange or refund your item. This is on the basis that the item is faulty. In the case that you have changed your mind, we would require the returns tag to be attached on the item for us to be able to issue any exchange or refunds.
